Welcome to Jaguar Center (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jaguar Center iOS mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Jaguar Center provides information and tools for discovering and organizing anime or movie content.
You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • Attempt to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.

  • Interfere with the App’s functionality or access its systems without authorization.

  • Use automated tools (e.g., bots or scrapers) to collect information from the App.

2. User Permissions

Some features of Jaguar Center require optional permissions, which are always disabled by default:

  • Microphone Access: Used for the voice search (speech-to-text) function.

  • Calendar Access: Used for the reminder or plan-to-watch feature to add items to your personal calendar.

You can enable or disable these permissions anytime in your iOS settings. The App will continue to function even if you do not grant these permissions, except for features that depend on them.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, text, images, and software within the App are owned by Jaguar Center or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the App without our prior written permission.

Third-party APIs (e.g., Jikan API, MyAnimeList, or similar databases) used within the App remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Third-Party Content

The App may display or link to third-party websites, APIs, or videos (e.g., YouTube trailers).
We do not own, control, or endorse these third parties, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or services.
Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

5. Analytics and Advertising

We may use tools such as Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, and AdMob to improve performance and show relevant ads.
These services may collect limited, non-personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will always function without errors, interruptions, or security issues.

  • The data displayed (e.g., anime or movie information) is always accurate, current, or complete.

You use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaguar Center and its team shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App.

  • Any bugs, errors, or interruptions.

  • Any third-party content or services linked within the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms periodically.
When changes occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new Terms.
